Do you accept dental insurance?

We work with most dental insurance providers. Before any treatment, our team will conduct a complimentary benefits evaluation to provide you with an estimate of your insurance coverage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit, cash, checks, Apple Pay, and Venmo. Additionally, we offer flexible financing options through CareCredit and Lending Club to make treatment more convenient.

What can I expect at my first visit?

At your first visit, we will conduct a comprehensive examination to thoroughly assess your dental health. Our approach is to identify and address the underlying cause of any issues, rather than merely treating symptoms. By focusing on the root of the problem, we aim to support your long-term dental health.

What should I expect during a routine dental check-up?

At routine dental check-ups, we assess and monitor your overall oral health, looking for underlying issues that may impact more than just your teeth.

What should I do in case of a dental emergency?

If you are an existing patient experiencing a dental emergency, please call our office at 479-845-1225. We will make every effort to accommodate you as soon as possible.

What sedation dentistry options do you offer?

We recognize that dental anxiety is a real concern, and we encourage our patients to share any feelings of nervousness or anxiety with Dr. Lais. To help make your experience as comfortable as possible, we offer a variety of calming solutions, including:

  1. NuCalm: A non-sedative option that promotes relaxation without the aftereffects of traditional sedation. NuCalm helps patients feel calm and at ease naturally.
  2. IV Sedation: The deepest level of conscious sedation available in a dental office. Sedative medications are administered directly into the bloodstream through an IV line, allowing Dr. Lais to closely monitor and adjust heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels as needed. IV sedation is ideal for patients with severe dental anxiety or for those undergoing lengthy procedures. Most patients experience a sleep-like state and have little or no memory of the procedure.
  3. Nitrous Oxide Sedation - also known as "laughing gas," is commonly used to make treatment more comfortable and great for patients that feel anxious in the dental chair. Nitrous oxide is inhaled through a mask and produces a state of relaxation throughout treatment. Once treatment is over, the nitrous oxide quickly leaves the system, which means a short recovery time.

What makes an ideal patient?

An ideal patient is someone committed to maintaining their health at every stage of life. Our approach focuses on comprehensive dental care, ensuring that each patient can achieve and sustain optimal oral health for years to come.

What is a "One patient at a time" dentistry?

  • Patient Hesitation: Some patients may delay or forgo treatment due to factors such as lack of trust, fear, anxiety, financial concerns, or time constraints.
  • Individualized Treatment: Each treatment plan is tailored to the patient's unique goals and their commitment to achieving optimal health.

Our Commitment: We strive to offer every patient the highest standard of care, ensuring they are fully informed about options that address the root cause of their concerns. Our goal is to make a meaningful difference in each patient's life.
